Stone Walls
Dry stone walls are an ancient feature of the pennine landscape and with relatively little maintenance should outlast generations of farmers and countryside admirers. They also provide shelter for a large variety of small mammals, birds and insects.

Pennine Walling aims to provide a complete service to domestic or agricultural customers, including design ( where appropriate ) sourcing of stone and fabrication of the wall.
The beginnings of a wall at Myerscough College
Well chosen and well placed foundations are essential for a durable and aesthetic piece of walling. Although time consuming and tiring , the construction of such a wall is very rewarding and the builder knows his handywork will be both useful and will contribute to our rural heritage.
